NUTRITION COACHING

Whole Nutrition Care, LLC believes prevention is the key to living a long healthy life.  We understand that what you don't know may be hurting you in the long run.  We strive to educate and help individuals and families develop simple new habits to lead to a healthier lifestyle.  The Healthy Habit Coaching package takes into account that it takes 21 days to break old habits and replace them with new ones.  After your complimentary consultation,  we start a 21 Day (1 coaching call per week for 3 weeks) Healthy Habit Coaching process to implement your food plan and reinforce these new healthy lifestyle habits.

Whole Food Based Nutrition

We focus on whole food based nutrition. Whole foods are full of the necessary vitamins, minerals, phytochemicals, antioxidants, flavonoids, amino acids, enzymes, carbohydrates and fats that help us maintain and restore excellent health. Nutrition Coaching

The initial session includes a discussion of  questions related to your family's health background, symptoms, current medication, dietary supplements and an examination of your cupboard!  Clients complete 7 day food diary prior to our meeting. Feedback is provided with a simple food plan for the family to enjoy with three weekly coaching calls following.

Beyond Prevention

Sometimes there are specific health issues you may want to address which may be best handled by a more appropriate modality and expert in that area.   Our network of personal care providers gives me the opportunity to recommend the right person for you.

Preventative Care

Disease is much easier (and cheaper!) to prevent than to cure. Diseases develop over many years. Clients who may not have any major symptoms are at a perfect place in their lives to learn how they can maintain their good health. We can recommend diet and lifestyle changes that will help keep you and your family young and healthy.

Body/Mind Connection

We know that stress (a product of the mind) can result in symptoms and illnesses. We know that when we see something scrumptious, we start salivating. When our mind perceives we are scared, our heart starts pounding. How we think truly affects how our body reacts. If we say to ourselves "I'll never be thin", or I'll always have to be on medications, it runs in the family", our cells are listening and being very obedient to our thoughts. You become what you think!
